Laced Wheels

Laced Wheels warrants to the original purchaser for a period of one year that all Laced Wheels are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and reasonable use. Laced Wheels's obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair, or, at Laced Wheel's option, replacement without charge except for transportation and installation of any wheel, in which Laced Wheel's opinion, is defective in material or workmanship.

This warranty shall not apply to:
Any defect, malfunction fo failure caused by: damage while in transit, off-road use, competitive events, or by abuse, misuse, accident or neglect.
Wheels that have been altered, repaired or chrome plated by anyone other than Laced Wheels.
Wheels that have not been installed in accordance with Laced Wheels instructions, or installed with incorrect tire sizes, or used with excessive loads.
Wheels that have been installed with other than Laced Wheel approved hardware such as lug nuts/bolts, balancing weights, and center caps.
Wheel corrosion or cosmetic flaws occurring after purchase due to chemicals, caustic cleaning agents, climate conditions, neglect, or lack of cleaning.
Damage caused by incorrect mounting or installation.

This warranty is the sole an exclusive warranty given with respect to the wheels and all other express warranties are hereby excluded. Neither Laced Wheels nor an authorized Laced Wheels dealer who sells the wheels is responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations on implied warranties and/or the limitation or exclusion of certain damages may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
